All I have done, literally, is watch my calories.
I downloaded an app onto my iPhone and kept track of everything I ate.
Now that I’ve hit 50, I start the treadmill.
I watch what I eat, and avoid all food that I know I can’t control myself around. Brownies are out. Little Debbie Swiss Rolls. Out. I still eat bacon and cheese. I actually eat whatever I want, but when I get within 200 calories of my daily limit, I stop. That way I can eat something before bed if I’m hungry.
Those apps that say you can go from couch to 5K in 30 days, no matter what you weigh or look like???
